We must prepare today for what will come tomorrow. We must see it before we see it, or we’ll never see it.

Some would ask why it’s so important to do these things now.

Over 800,000 people currently live inside the Cy-Fair School District. In two years, projections estimate that over 1.1 million people will live in this district.

There are over 90,000 students currently enrolled in the Cy-Fair School District. It’s the third largest school district in Texas— right behind Dallas and Houston.

By 2008, more students will be enrolled here than anywhere else in Texas. Cy-Fair will be the largest school district in the state.

In ten years, over 110,000 new homes will have been built. Over 500,000 new people will have moved here.

Realtors, builders, architects, and developers are working furiously to provide these new people a place. They are leveraging an enormous amount of effort, labor, and money to develop homes, shopping centers, schools, and new roads for people who aren’t even here yet.

They are preparing for what will come. Today. They have a plan. Today. They see it before they see it.

Every one of these people is deeply valued and loved by God. They deserve to hear about His great love for them. They need a place to connect with Jesus Christ.

The MET is poised to reach more people than ever before. These additions will allow us to make a place for people who aren’t even here yet. We have an overwhelming opportunity. We also, however, have an unlimited God leading the way.
